The tradition of including flowers in a centerpiece symbolizes prosperity and abundance and is a reminder to all of us of truly how much we have to be thankful for.
All of us here at Corona del Mar Florist love the lushness of a receptacle overflowing with the beautiful bounty available to us this time of year. We’ve put our own twist on the traditional centerpiece by placing it in a gorgeous dark rich palm “trough”.
The timeless & classic Cornucopia takes on a new look at our shop with the use of the most beautiful mango calla
lilies, varigated antique hydrangea, bittersweet branches and crabapples. This is sure to dress up your Thanksgiving dining table.
So if you’re looking for something special and amazing, one of these centerpieces is just right for your Thanksgiving table!
Enjoy!
Until next time . . .

Just recently our shop had the opportunity to sit down with Lana Johnson from the online newspaper the Newport Mesa Daily Voice and give some tips on fall flower arranging. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, take the time to read up on the article. Fall Into Great Floral Arrangements. Enjoy!

A summer wedding (especially the month of June) used to be all the rage. Every bride wanted a beautiful warm, sunny wedding day, but now Autumn is quickly becoming the most popular season for a wedding, especially October, according to the wedding experts.
Our shop had the pleasure of providing the florals for an early October wedding held at the landmark Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church with the reception happening at the eclectic Chateau Marmont’s Bar Marmont on Sunset Boulevard.

The church is an elegant and inspiring location that is adorned by 12 distinguished stained glass windows, rich dark wood furnishings, and a dramatic center aisle, all complimented by our lush flowers in various hues of whites to give the vibe of an old Hollywood feeling.

Known as an infamous hideaway, Chateau Marmont is located in one of the most exciting cities around. The eccentric history of the Chateau and its rich past are all part of its charm. The Bar Marmont, with its dark and sultry atmosphere, romantic decor make this very romantic and mysterious.

The decor is exquisite with the bar bathed in red light, tables nestled beneath white lamps and pseudo monarch butterflies meticulously applied to the ceiling.
The wedding cake was in keeping with the monarch butterfly theme of the Bar Marmont, accented with a backdrop of beautiful Calla Lilies. The evening was a grand success! We look forward to our next wedding adventure . . .
Until next time . . .
